Oh, Sarah....

I'm still processing all of this and I'm not quite sure what to say at this point. But the world is a much duller place for having lost sparklydevil. Sarah's personalty shone with such intensity and exuberance. She was funny, brazen, crude, crass, and wonderful. She'll be missed by so very many.

Thank you. She was one of the very first LJ folks I met in "real life". She flew all the way out from Detroit to meet me and we wound up taking a crazy, spur of the moment road trip out to Vegas for the weekend. She was one of the most wonderful, gregarious, and over-the-top people I've ever known.

chris, i just realized when talking to leslie at lunch that this girl was also close with casey (formerly of the mimsies) and the hubba hubba revue. she apparently had quite an impact on several people i know.

Sarah knew everyone. She was a real force of nature.

It's a horrible story. She and her husband were both crazy about one another and now it looks like he's not only going to have to deal with her death but he's apt to be held responsible for it, as well. Knowing her and how she felt about him, I think this is the last thing she'd want for her husband.

I found out about this while I was getting ready for work this morning and haven't yet shared this story with Carly (aside from posting about it on Facebook). She's probably wondering why I've told her that I love her about a million times today.
